The company (Healthcare Providers for Investment) was established as an Egyptian joint stock company in accordance with Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, with the following purposes:

- Trading of medical supplies and devices Establishing and operating a center for the preparation.
- Development and training of human resources.
- Restructuring of companies and medical institutions.
